MINNEAPOLIS, MN. Nov 14th, 2018 – Color Glo International® has been ranked in the top franchises for veterans again this year by Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500.This list recognizes the 150 franchisors offering incentives for veterans to join their franchises business systems. Color Glo was ranked #83.
“We are honored once to make the top franchise list by Entrepreneur Magazine and serve our veteran community with unique opportunities.”
How we were selected
To determine the Top Franchises for Veterans ranking, Entrepreneur analyzed each company’s veteran incentive, the number of veteran-owned units, how veteran franchisees are attracted to and support by each company, and how each company scored in the 2017 Franchise 500 ranking. Color Glo’s position on the ranking is a testament to the company’s continued efforts to support veterans in their pursuit of the American Dream.
Hundreds of franchises offer some sort of incentive for veterans joining their system. But which ones truly offer the best opportunities for veterans interested in becoming franchisees?
To find out which ones offer the best opportunities for veterans, Entrepreneur invited those companies to participate in a survey designed to help them learn more about their veterans programs. From there, the ranking of the top 150 franchises for veterans was developed, taking into account each company's veteran incentive, how veteran franchisees are attracted to and supported by the company, and how each company scored in the 2018 Franchise 500.
“Veterans often make ideal franchisees, thanks to their strong leadership skills and abilities to work inside complex systems,” says Jason Feifer, editor in chief of Entrepreneur. "We’re proud to highlight the franchisors that best connect with and support veterans, as they pursue the opportunity to own their own business."
